  PROLOGUE: CHAYL

People of Chayl live in a stern society where everything revolves around rules. The Government decides everything, including children’s education. Physical punishments are encouraged and required.

Domination exists in all aspects of life. Parents and children, students and teachers, police, and citizens.

People follow the same logic from the moment they are born. The Government sends them to special schools, so it’s easier to control them. After they graduate from school, they are required to go to The Governmental College. There, they must find a partner for life. By the age of twenty-four, they must be ready to get married. No relationship exists outside this logic of dominance. Society despises vanilla couples. Punishments are expected.

Failing to accomplish that is everyone’s worst fear.

The last year is known as the Junction Year.

Students are randomly put together. By the end of College, they’ll have married someone.

  Nobody leaves the College alone.

  CHAPTER 1: NEW ROOMMATES

Lucy held her new keys, nervous. She knew that was the first step to her future in College, for the next four years.

“Can I get another key for my partner? He’s already registered but he’ll only arrive later. He’s at work.”

The receptionist stared at her, raised an eyebrow, but opened the drawer. She handed Lucy another key. The girl was only 5’2”. She had long straight black hair, big black eyes, and no one would say she was twenty years old.

“You have a partner already? How lucky. Were you a couple during school?”

  “Yes, ma’am.”

“I bet you tried to hide it from your teachers.”

“Yes, ma’am,” Lucy said, uneasy. The woman grinned.

“Have you ever got a spanking because of that? It’s forbidden to date in school.”

Lucy blushed. The woman continued to smile.

“Yes, ma’am, I got one,” she said, quickly, and hurried to hand her the papers and get out.

Lucy left the building to face campus with its well-maintained grass and trees. The school structures were large white squares with glass windows. Several students were walking around, some carrying suitcases and backpacks. It was moving day for the first year. Even though they were ‘adults’, everyone still had to wear uniforms. Knee-length blue skirt, white shirt, a little red tie, white stockings, black shoes. She felt nothing like an adult. College still controlled everything about them. The Government still controlled everything about them. Their hair, makeup... and even their underwear. And Lucy wouldn’t dare to disobey, being the good girl that she was.

She was looking at a map they gave her, wondering how she would get all her bags to apartment 39, block 08. But just as she thought that, another girl appeared at her side. Lucy stared at her, startled. She was practically her opposite.

Tall, over 5’7“, blonde. She didn’t seem to have read the guidelines on makeup because she had a thick black outline around her eyes, red lipstick, mascara, and blush. Her uniform skirt was very short for her, almost letting her panties show, and she did not seem to care about any of it.

“39, block 8!” she exclaimed, looking at Lucy’s map. The location was marked with a red circle. “That’s where I’m heading too! That’s great! I’d have no idea how to get there. Let’s go together!”

Lucy didn’t know how to respond. The girl had vibrant blue eyes and seemed very excited to be there. Lucy saw that her tie was messy, and the shirt had the first three buttons opened. Beneath it, her bra was purple.

  “My name is Natasha. Yours?”

  “Lu-lucy,” she stammered.

“Lulucy, what’s wrong?” Natasha asked, amused. “Is it my outfit? I’ve done worse.”

“O-okay…” Lucy said, still unsure. She thought about how Oliver would kill her if she dared to do the same.

“What about you? What’s the worst thing you ever did?” Natasha asked, blinking, as it was a crucial matter.

“Well...” Lucy said, remembering her impeccable record card. That girl was weird. Asking all those questions. But she didn't want to be rude and ignore her. So, she tried to think about something and then she remembered the receptionist from earlier on, “they found out I was dating a boy. He was from my classroom, but that was forbidden…”

“The worst thing you’ve ever done is DATING? No way!”

“Hm… sorry?” Lucy didn't know what to say.

“Don’t apologize, silly. It’s all right. Not everyone's as bold as me. We should get going.” She said, spinning on her heels, and grabbing her backpack. Lucy sighed. She was afraid that Natasha thought her to be the lamest girl ever.

“Have you brought only that?” Lucy asked, staring at the girl’s little pink backpack.

“Yep. They already provide us with everything, and we’ll live in uniform, I only brought my lingerie collection,” she said, and Lucy blushed, but Natasha burst out laughing. “I'm kidding. Relax. What about you?”

She didn't need to answer. The girl noticed Lucy’s two suitcases, accompanied by a backpack, a pillow, a blanket, and two teddy bears.

“Hoarder,” Natasha said, laughing again. “Lucky I found you, eh? Come on. I'll help you.”

“You! Yes, you!” they heard someone shouting. Lucy felt a shiver run down her spine. Natasha turned around.

It was a school guard. He wore a blue uniform, and his frown was almost as large as his prominent belly.

“This violates the dress code! What’s your name?” he bellowed, his mustache resounding as his mouth moved. Lucy was redder than an apple. Natasha shrugged.

  “Natasha Abraham.”

“You two will come with me right now. Makeup, disrespect to the uniform. No! And your name?!” he directed to Lucy, almost spitting. She opened her mouth, surprised. She had done nothing wrong, but she didn’t dare tell him that.

“Lucy!” she heard and turned to the familiar voice, which made another anxious shiver run through her body.

It was from Oliver. A tall boy, 5’11”, with short copper hair in a military-style, and green eyes. He was especially burly when wearing his black military uniform. He approached them, confused, staring at Natasha, astonished by how she was dressed.

“Who are you?” the guard asked, calmer. That uniform commanded respect. Only the best students could get positions as military officers.

“Oliver Holt, sir,” he replied. “This is my girl." It was a usual way to address the partner in Chayl.

“You know this one?” the guard asked, pointing to Natasha. Oliver stared at her. Natasha felt her mouth dry, though she didn’t show it. She knew what would happen if that guard took her: she wouldn’t be able to sit for a week.

“Sir... she’s our friend. She didn’t know the uniform rules. She was going to change now. Right, Lucy?”

  “Yes, sir!” Lucy exclaimed.

“You’re telling me she didn’t know the rules?” the guard asked, unbelieving, raising an eyebrow.

“Yes, sir, but I was explaining them to her, and we were going to our apartm
ent to change,” Lucy said. The guard looked at the three of them, suspiciously.

“All right. But you’re still coming with me, Abraham.”

Natasha stared at them, scared, but followed him, straightening her shoulders, as if to show that she was brave.

  “See you later,” she murmured.

  CHAPTER 2: NEW HOME

“Who was that girl, Lucy?” Oliver asked, still shocked, “she looks pretty crazy.”

“I found her when I was picking up our keys,” Lucy said.

Oliver was carrying Lucy’s two large suitcases, one in each hand, easily. The strength he was performing made the veins from his arms come out. He put her backpack on his back, a pillow under an arm, and the teddy bears under the other, while Lucy took the blanket, wearing it as a cloak.

“Dressing like that… on the first day!”

“You won’t like to know she lives with us.”

“You’re kidding!” Oliver exclaimed and sighed. “Really?”

“Yeah…” Lucy said, also thinking that was bad news.

They walked through the campus. It was Fall, so the leaves were changing colors. It was a poetic scenario, accompanied by the autumnal breeze. Oliver was feeling his arms going numb, but he would never complain.

“It’s… well, out of the way,” Lucy concluded, as they reached the College boundaries. There were forty yellow, three-floors high buildings. Theirs was number 39.

“Second floor,” Oliver realized with a sigh.

“I’ll carry one suitcase,” Lucy offered.

“No way,” he said with a chuckle that made Lucy blush again. He took a deep preparation breath and ran upstairs. When he got in front of the white wooden door, he let go of the suitcases, relieved. He no longer felt his arms.

  “It’s here.”

They went inside, being the first there. It had a small living room with two brown sofas, a large window covered with shutters, a small kitchen with a countertop that separated it from the living room and two benches in front of the counter. There was a hallway past the kitchen and a door behind the couches. Creamy carpet, white walls. A wooden dining table was positioned between the living room and the kitchen, with four chairs.

Oliver and Lucy chose the room down the hall. There was a bathroom next door, which was strategic.

They left the suitcase in their bedroom and started exploring the house. They opened the window and sat down at the dinner table, waiting for the others. Soon, the front door opened.

It was Natasha. Lucy jumped up in surprise. She had no makeup on, although marks on her face showed she was wearing it until recently. Her blouse was buttoned, the skirt was in the right length, and the tie knotted right.

“What happened?” Lucy asked. Natasha sat at the table with them, tossing her backpack on the floor.

“Nothing. Just a warning.” She showed them a crumpled yellow paper. “He said next time I would get double the punishment, to compensate for this time. "She pulled her tie to take it off. “It’s okay. At least I caused an impression.”

“Why do you want to be known like this?” Oliver asked, frowning. Natasha smiled.

“I want them to know I don’t accept this Government shit,” she said, defiantly. “By the way, thank you for what you said to the guard, Mr. Klyde. You could have said you didn’t know me. It was really nice of you.”

“You’re welcome,” he said. “But don’t get us in more trouble, okay? We care about our careers…” he pointed at Lucy. “I don’t care if you want to be known as a rebel, just don’t drag us into it.”

“Don’t worry, cadet,” Natasha said, amused, raising her eyebrows. Oliver frowned.

At that moment, a boy appeared at the door. He was tall, but not as tall as Oliver. He was wearing a blue uniform tank top, glasses, a thick scarf, and had a bunch of tattoos on his arms.

“Hm, hello?” he said and smiled, getting inside.

  “Hi!” Natasha exclaimed. “My roommate!”

He stared at her, confused, but got closer to the table, still smiling.

“My name is Julian, nice to meet you all.”

  CHAPTER 3: THE APARTMENT REUNION

“What’s up with all those tattoos?” Lucy said, sitting on the bed. She was folding some of Oliver’s shirts with all the bags open on the floor.

Oliver took off his uniform shirt. He wanted to put something more comfortable on. Lucy smiled when she saw the boy’s six-pack. Oliver noticed it and smirked, but he shook his head.

“Not now, baby. We need to make some rules for those kids. Otherwise, Natasha and Julian will get us in trouble. I can’t let that happen,” he said, putting on a gray cotton T-shirt. Lucy sighed.

“No, Daddy!” she said, laying down. “Come and lie here with me…” she whimpered. Oliver was amused, but he frowned.

“Don’t be naughty, you‘ll regret it later,” he said and winked at the girl who felt even more aroused.

“I’ll be really bad, so you have to deal with me right now,” she said. Oliver rolled his eyes and walked over to the bed to get the girl. She giggled, nervously.

Oliver put her on his lap with her butt up and slapped it once over the uniform skirt.

“I’ll take care of you later,” he said, running his hand over her butt, but laying her on the bed again. He stood up and Lucy let out a cry of frustration.

  “Now!” she ordered.

“Do you think you are in charge here, princess?”

“Of course!” Lucy said, getting to her knees on the bed and pouting. He had a crazy urge to take her right there, but he knew that responsibilities came first.

“I’ll show you who the boss is. Later.” He said, ready to leave the room. “Now, come with me to the living room. If you’re good, I’ll give you anything you want. How does that sound?”

“No!” Lucy squealed and jumped out of bed, past him. He tried to grab her, but she swerved and left the room.

  “You little brat!”

Natasha and Julian were sitting on the sofa in the living room, talking. Lucy ran there. The two stopped looked at her, smiling. Oliver followed.

“Well, all right. Glad you are gathered here. Let’s have our first apartment meeting,” Oliver said, standing in front of them, near the coffee table. “We need to establish the first rules, tasks, and routine.”

“Is he always annoying like that?” Natasha asked Lucy.

Lucy giggled but looked at Oliver, who wasn't smiling. He was trying to be serious.

“Worse than you can imagine,” Lucy said and the other two laughed.

“I think I saw a whiteboard in the room. It'll be great to set the tasks. Stay here, okay?” he said, rushing away to his room without waiting for the others to answer.

He tried to hurry because he knew that Julian and Natasha might want to leave to do something else, and their meeting would be over. But Lucy’s two suitcases were open on the floor, clothes, makeup and teddy bears scattered everywhere. Oliver could barely locate his only suitcase in that mess, let alone the whiteboard.

Oh, I’ll show her how to be organized, Oliver thought.

When he returned to the living room, no one else was there. They were in the kitchen and Lucy was cooking while the other two watched.

He couldn't believe Lucy was the one who had called them there.

“You didn’t stay where I said!” Oliver exclaimed, approaching the kitchen counter with the whiteboard. “Lucy!”

“Sorry!” she said, not caring much. “Julian had pasta in his backpack. We’re all hungry.”

“Okay. At least everyone's still here. Let’s set the assignments, then?” he asked, getting the pen.

“Nobody’s up for it, Oliver, we can do it later! Nobody cares about those rules.” Lucy said, still stirring the noodles.

  Natasha and Julian laughed.

  Oliver stared at her.

“Are you trying to show off to your new colleagues, Lucy?” he said, so firmly that they all stared at him.

  Lucy gaz
ed at him, realizing she had gone too far. Oliver wasn’t joking anymore. He was firm. Dominant. Lucy felt the usual shiver of fear mixed with desire.

“Put that away,” Oliver told the girl, ignoring the other two, who looked at each other. Lucy handed Natasha the spoon and headed toward Oliver, who continued saying, “I want to talk to you. Alone. Excuse me, guys.”

“She’s in trouble,” Natasha said, smiling, as Oliver and Lucy walked into the bedroom.

CHAPTER 4: LUCY IS IN TROUBLE

Lucy trembled when she was ordered to lie on the bed, face down, butt up, and wait, without turning her head.

Oliver pushed to the ground the things that crowded the bed, making loud noises, which increased the tension. With each blow, Lucy jumped in place, frightened. She could not look there, because Oliver had expressly ordered her to remain in that position.

  She would get a spanking...

She swallowed, feeling her sex throb with desire, unable to not feel aroused. Lucy liked how he ordered her to do things and she had no choice but to obey. She felt horny by his firm hand holding her in place, by the fact that he wasn’t afraid to do that to her.

Oliver finished putting things in order. He did this to calm down. He would never hit Lucy when he was angry. When he felt calm enough, he went to his backpack.

He had only brought the essentials. He thought he could take Lucy later to buy the rest of the tools they needed. Many stores made that kind of product in Chayl. Large paddles. Wooden and metal canes. Hand-knotted whips. It would be very interesting to make Lucy choose the toy that would be used on her later.

He got a heavy paddle. Eight large holes, sturdy wood. It wasn’t so quiet, but he wanted his new colleagues to hear Lucy’s fate. He wanted her to know that everyone was listening.
